WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for concept development, modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating 3D assets. A deep understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and industry-standard software is essential. The ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and meet tight deadlines is a must.

Key responsibilities:

• Use 3D industry-standard software to create, texture, light and animate different kinds of 3D content for Gates. 
• Collaborate with the other artists in the GCS projects. 
• Collaborate closely with the video team in creating animated 3D content. 
• Create storyboards to visualize concepts and scenes. 
• Receive feedback from the different GCSs clients and adjust the designs respectively. 
• Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project. 
• Meeting with clients, designers and collaborators to discuss and review projects and deadlines. 

ABOUT YOU

• 2 - 4 of years of experience 
• Bachelor's degree in industrial design, architecture, engineering or similar.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Video editing experience
• College degree in a 3D design related field, like Industrial design, engineering, architecture, etc.
• Must be proficient in Task management software.
• Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• An eye for composition, realism, texture, color and lightning artistic skills.
• Must be available to work onsite at our Santa Fe, Mexico location.
• Autodesk 3D Max (must)      
• Vray and/or Corona render (or similar)        
• Adobe After effects and Premiere 
• Adobe creative suite
