Role Purpose 


• Develop, manage and execute creative designs on assigned projects and serve as design


lead for other creative staff.


• Plan, manage and implement schedules with Sales, Technical & Marketing team to


achieve accurate projection of time and budget, and keep manager informed of job status.


• Manage production of the company publications, web and print ads, exhibits, social


media support.




Duties & Responsibilities 


• Trademarks, logos and labels designing & preparation for printing.


• Support registration, technical and sales team in updating, designing and maintain product


labels updated.


• Design advertisements/visuals for different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,


LinkedIn and others) to be in line with company brand & strategy and follow up closely


on messages/comments received in coordination with sales, technical and marketing team.


• Would be responsible for creating social media content & ad creatives for e-commerce


stores.


• Creating creative content to enhance brand awareness and engagement.


• Define, design & implement yearly social media campaigns with marketing and sales


department per country and define roadmap for launches on social media and other


platforms.


• Create and design various materials (Poster, flyer, brochure, leaflets, catalogues, visuals,


animated videos, etc...) for print and digital collateral and create designs using


illustration, photo editing and layout software.


• Be responsible for updating company website and follow up with venders on related


matters to maintain data up to date.


• Close coordination with sales, technical and marketing team on the events/seminars


launches of new products.


• Design & create animated videos and having ability to make video montage, when


needed.


• Ability to handle multiple projects with shifting priorities.


• Coordinate, manage and monitor the outside services of printing agencies, photographers


and vendors. Verify expenses and monitor vendor performance.


• Identify problems, recommend solutions and implement changes in the creative and


production process, provide advice concerning the appropriate application by keeping up


with new or changing technologies.


• To ensure that all relevant processes and policies of the company are well understood and


implemented.


• Other duties & tasks defined by the Line Manager.

Requirements


Critical knowledge & experience 


• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field


• 1-3 years’ experience preferably in Graphic Designing, branding or Social Media


Marketing department.


• Proficient in: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe premiere, InDesign, etc..


• Knowledge in animation and motion design software


• Experience with both print and digital designs.


• Excellent conceptual, design, collaboration, project management and organizational skills

• Should know basic video editing too.
