Building Services - Structural Design Manager (E&M)

Our client is a globally known constructing engineering product organisation with over 3000 people based in APAC. They are now actively seeking a Building Services / Structural Design Manager (E&M) to join their team to support with leading projects from the continuous growth of their business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and manage all aspects of E&M and Structural issues to the project team


• Coordinate and manage all external project parties to ensure project objectives are met throughout all phases of the project


• Attend relevant project and site meetings and inspect construction site periodically for quality control


• Experience in concrete structure

• Supervise the MEP design team in the preparation of shop drawings, CSD etc

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering/Structural Design Engineering or related disciplines


• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing & drainage or public health for either government, commercial, residential, institutional, industrial or infrastructure projects


• Experience in Engineering design and site supervision experience gained in both Hong Kong and Mainland in high quality and high-tech projects will be an advantage


• Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to relevant authorities


• Experience in handling aluminum /steel/concrete structure projects is advantageous


• Experience or Interest within the MIC product sector would highly desirable


• Conversant with coordination of CSD and CBWD


• Member of StructE/CIBSE/ IMechE/ HKIE/ RPE, holder of BEAM Professional accreditation is highly preferred


• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
