Are you an experienced Design Manager looking for a new challenging and varied position on a permanent basis for a global engineering company who provides key air and gas handling products? Are you competent with SolidWorks and have experience with management of engineering teams? If so, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead a team of twelve design engineers.

Essential Skills / Experience:
- Strong experience in an engineering design role component using Solidworks
- Demonstrable experience in leading small design teams to meet challenging targets in time, to budget and right first time
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, and/or with equivalent experience and training
- A strong team player

Salary Package / Benefits:
- Competitive Annual Salary £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

- Responsible for providing effective leadership to a team of twelve design engineers
- You will ensure engineering design processes are followed
- Undertake annual staff reporting for your team, helping set objectives and assess performance
