Our client is looking for a creative and innovative Design Manager for their real estate projects. Within this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process of real estate projects and will collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders on the delivery of exceptional residential and commercial design management.
A successful candidate for this role will have design management expertise within UAE-based real estate developers. A strong understanding of design principles, construction procedures, and building regulations in Dubai is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the project design management from process to completion and overseeing project scope as well as feasibility studies
- Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders

Facilitate regular design review meetings with stakeholders to ensure design quality and compliance with project goals
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards

Conduct regular site visits to monitor the implementation of design concepts and provide guidance for resolving design-related issues
- Prepare and monitor design budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions

Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the real estate industry
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide high-quality results within deadlines
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
