    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and maintain brand consistency.
    • Translate creative briefs into impactful designs that meet strategic objectives.
    • Stay informed on industry trends to keep our creative output innovative and relevant.
    • Assist with art direction and support photo/video production efforts as needed.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to freelance designers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with expertise in digital design and exposure to print design/production.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Familiarity with web design tools like Figma and Sketch.
    • Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and balance.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills to share design concepts with stakeholders.
    • Portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality digital designs.
    • Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries (preferred).
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while managing deadlines.
    • A collaborative, optimistic spirit that thrives on feedback and continuous improvement.
