Are you a passionate and creative hands-on Graphic Designer with an eye for aesthetics? Are you keen to leave your fingerprint in each project you handle? Then P&G e-commerce is the place for you!

We are seeking a graphic designer for our e-commerce business across Central Europe who can bring to life brand identity across e-commerce execution for our portfolio of well-known brands such as Pampers, Ariel, Lenor, Jar, Braun, Oral-B and more!

Your Team:

You will work together with Media Managers, Brand Team and Sales Team to help implement and execute campaigns on e-retailer and online partners sites with your creatives and graphic insights.

What You’ll Do:

• Evolve visual identity and layout of e-commerce brand and campaigns pages
• Design new marketing campaigns based on existing brand design codes
• Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
• Develop motion graphics (e.g. animated GIFs)
• Banner adjustment for different campaigns like Meta, Display ads, e-retailer sites (resize, change a copy on existing banners)
• Amend final designs per comments and gain full approval
• Experience in video production is a plus.

Job Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or similar fields
• A portfolio based on relevant proven experience that will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem solving and technical mastery.
• Software proficiency in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong design mastery and ability to solve problems using design skills, preferably experience in design in a consumer goods business context.
• High bar for quality, especially for aesthetics and in layout creation.
• Good teamwork & design skills with confirmed experience to effectively bring design strategy all the way to execution while fully articulating the target consumer and business needs
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives and manage complexity with perfection. Shown discipline, priority setting in managing and leading sophisticated projects with efficiency, from design strategy, consumer and customer understanding and timeline management
• Great sense of creativity and eye for allure, needs to be flexible in an environment of constant change. Engage and influence senior management and cross-functional partners. Develop strong credibility at all levels of the organization.
