Motion Graphics Designer Internship - LDN

Period: Spring - Autumn 

Duration: 12 weeks preferred  

Hours: 9AM-6PM Monday - Friday 

Location: Hybrid Remote/In Person for Golden Wolf LDN

Salary: £11.95/hour

We are excited to offer a Motion Graphics Internship opportunity for Spring to Fall, providing an immersive experience in the realm of motion graphics within our London studio. The intern will have the chance to collaborate with our talented team of designers, animators, and creatives, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while contributing to real-world projects across various industries.


YOU’LL FIND SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE IF YOU ARE:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Visual Effects, or a related field, or a recent graduate, up to 5 years.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a plus.

  • Capable of understanding design principles, typography, and composition with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Passionate for storytelling and visual communication, with a desire to explore different styles and techniques in motion graphics.

  • Creative-minded, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.

  • Knowledgeable of emerging trends and innovations in the illustration and design industry.

  • Authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

The purpose of the internship is to give students a practice-based introduction to the areas within the art and advertising industry in a professional context. Thus, the internship is a period of learning, and the Studio commits to giving them an opportunity to acquire an agreed learning outcome within the field of Design and Animation.

The internship offers a first-hand, real-world experience in a working design and animation studio. They are to be considered an apprentice, supported by the senior members of the full-time team to develop a range of specialist skills. These skill-sets include New Technologies, Design and Storytelling. While the emphasis is also put on supporting key soft skills such as timekeeping and communication.
