Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Delhi, West Delhi, and Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in graphic design and be ready to create visually compelling graphics that align with our company's goals and client needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill)
• Coral Draw
• Strong skills in layout design (Mandatory skill)
• High level of creativity and originality (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in illustration, with the ability to create custom graphics and drawings
• Excellent understanding of typography, including font selection and visual hierarchy
• Solid grasp of color theory to effectively use colors in design projects
• Effective visual communication skills to convey ideas and messages clearly
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in the final designs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for digital and print formats, including social media graphics, web banners, brochures, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to produce high-quality graphics that align with project requirements and brand guidelines
• Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions to meet client needs and enhance user experience
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard, paying close attention to detail throughout the process
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually improve design skills and deliver cutting-edge designs
• Use feedback from peers and clients to make necessary design adjustments and improvements
• Organize and maintain a library of design assets and project files for future use and reference
