Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Koshys Hospital - NABH Accredited. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand's message. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
- Excellent visual and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs for various print and digital media, including brochures, posters, flyers, social media graphics, and website layouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure visual coherence and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality graphics and illustrations that meet the requirements of each project.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
- Maintain and organize design files and assets.
- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality of printed materials.
