Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Koshys Hospital - NABH Accredited. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand's message. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
• Excellent visual and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for various print and digital media, including brochures, posters, flyers, social media graphics, and website layouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure visual coherence and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality graphics and illustrations that meet the requirements of each project.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Maintain and organize design files and assets.
• Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality of printed materials.
