Location: Ahmedabad, Gurugram
Initial Training Period: • The first 3 months will consist of day shifts only, as the candidates will be undergoing training. Post-Training: • After the initial 3-month training period, all candidates must be ready to work permanently in night shifts and any of the following rotational shift timings:
Job Responsibilities
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with other departments to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Desired Skills and Abilities
• Proven graphic designing knowledge
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
• Ready to work the night shift
