Position Summary:

The Baldwin School seeks a full-time graphic designer to join our dynamic marketing team. Individuals with sophisticated taste, artistic vision, excellent time management skills, and a deep understanding of branding principles and marketing strategy will thrive in this newly created position. Successful candidates will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with creative latitude and will be able to develop innovative and meaningful mission-based work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various school community members to develop engaging and unique brand experiences across multiple platforms.


• Serve as a collaborative thought partner to the marketing team to develop graphics, print marketing materials, digital ad campaigns, and video content for internal and external audiences.


• Develop contemporary guidelines for the brand identity of The Baldwin School and encourage its adoption.


• Conceptualize and design alumnae and student print publications.


• Create templates and toolkits for faculty, students, parents, and guardians.


• Maintain and organize creative files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or other related field


• 5-10 years experience as a graphic designer


• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects


• Experience with print and digital


• Exceptional design skills


• Collaborative and solution-based team player


• Excellent time management and communication skills


• Superb attention to detail


• High level of comfort with developing creative solutions from concept to execution


• Proficient with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Experience in video editing and web design


• Experience with independent schools, universities, or nonprofits
