Junior Graphic Designer

Fantastic opportunity to join a fashion forward supplier based in the Midlands who are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join their growing team. This will be to work on graphics and prints for key customers.

You will be designing for UK volume fashion retailers and be very much involved in designing young fashion forward graphics and prints, working closely with buyers, supporting presentations, conducting trend research and working with the companies overseas production base/factories.

Junior Graphic Designer: The Role:

• Designing graphics and prints across High Street customers
  


• Working closely with the buyers
  


• Researching the latest graphics trends with an eye for newness
  


• Able to react quickly to trends, designing into them with speed where seasonally appropriate
  


• Researching and proposing new trends
  


• Demonstrating a good knowledge of graphic techniques and using these within artworks
  

Junior Graphic Designer: The Person: 

• At least 1 year recent experience in designing including graphics and prints for high street retailers
  


• Proficient in Adobe Programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  


• Excellent presentation and communication skills
  


• Excellent time management skills - able to work to tight deadlines, able to commit to ad-hoc/urgent requests
