Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill)
- Understanding of color theory (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in digital design (Mandatory skill)
- Strong illustration skills
- Expertise in typography, ensuring text is effective and aesthetically pleasing
- Experience in layout design, structuring visual elements on a page effectively
- Proficient in visual communication, effectively conveying information and emotions
- Creativity, being able to generate original ideas and innovative solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts using computer software
- Develop the overall layout and design for various forms of packaging
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that meet promotional needs
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and deliver consistent visual experience
- Work with different departments to ensure designs are feasible for production
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep designs fresh and innovative
- Revise designs according to client feedback and requirements
