Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs for various digital and print platforms. This is a junior-level position, ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design. The job location is Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong creative skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of digital media and market analysis is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms including websites, social media, marketing collaterals, presentations, and more
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives
• Produce high-quality graphics and illustrations using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to create designs that resonate with the target audience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continually improve design capabilities
