Your mission
- Innovate and Execute: Bring original design concepts to life for all our owned and paid media channels
- Collaborate and Create: Work cross-team and department to produce stunning visual content that stands out
- Stay True to Our Brand: Ensure every design aligns with our brand guidelines. While our core identity (name, logo, major colors) remains, we’re open to fine-tuning details and creating toolboxes/templates to streamline our processes
- Team Synergy: Work alongside another talented designer, focusing on product-related content, our website, illustrations, google ads and banner campaigns while your teammate handles event designs and employer branding
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our visuals cutting-edge
Your profile
- Proven Experience: You have 5 years of proven experience as a designer, preferably in a marketing function or agency
- Tech-Savvy: Experience in the IT industry is a big plus
- Creative All-Rounder: Strong skills in illustration and graphic design with experience in video/motion
- Software Pro: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Communicative and Team-Oriented: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible Setup: Ability to work in a hybrid or fully remote setup, ideally based in or around Munich
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, German is a plus
