Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at our leading hospital in West Mambalam, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and impactful designs to support our marketing, branding, and communication efforts. Your creative expertise will contribute to enhancing the hospital's visual identity and effectively communicating our value proposition to our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including marketing materials, digital platforms, and internal communications
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and implement designs for promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with the hospital's overall brand guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in design
- Contribute to the evolution of the hospital's visual brand identity
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets and resources
- Work with external agencies and vendors as needed
- Provide support in other design-related tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects
- Excellent understanding of typography, color, and layout principles
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
- Experience in print and digital design
- Up-to-date with the latest graphic design software and technologies
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and communication principles
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
