Role
The Lead Product Designer will play a key role in designing the next generation of IoT and device management tools and interfaces within their Notehub cloud service, as well as user-facing product documentation. You will work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional engineering teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience across both desktop and mobile web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered products from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical requirements
- Create wire-frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
- Stay current with best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into the design process
Who You Are
- S. degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in product design, with experience designing complex applications
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to create responsive web designs that work well on both desktop and mobile
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
- Comfortable working autonomously within a fully remote, distributed team
- Great attention to detail, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
