As a Motion Designer at Bam Digital, you'll have the opportunity to join our passionate team and contribute to creating user-centric digital products. You'll work on a diverse range of projects, collaborate with experienced designers, developers, project managers, and copywriters, and be responsible for delivering high-quality design work that meets project timelines and budgets.


We are seeking a designer with a passion for design fundamentals, typography, and web trends, who is eager to grow their skills and make a lasting impact in the agency setting. What You’ll Do


  • Developing motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and other digital media

  • Crafting visually appealing and technically sound motion designs

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure animations meet project requirements

  • Develop animations in a way that improves the user experience and enhances overall design

  • Provide hands-on guidance to productions, providing animation guidance with examples

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques in UI animation

What You’ll Bring


  • 3+ years of experience in a digital or creative agency

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI animation skills

  • Proficiency in motion graphics software such as After Effects, Figma, or Flinto

  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience creating animations for web and mobile interfaces

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

  • Initiative and great attention to detail

  • Ability to work within PST time zone work hours
