As a Motion Designer at Bam Digital, you'll have the opportunity to join our passionate team and contribute to creating user-centric digital products. You'll work on a diverse range of projects, collaborate with experienced designers, developers, project managers, and copywriters, and be responsible for delivering high-quality design work that meets project timelines and budgets.

What You’ll Do
- Developing motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and other digital media
- Crafting visually appealing and technically sound motion designs
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure animations meet project requirements
- Develop animations in a way that improves the user experience and enhances overall design
- Provide hands-on guidance to productions, providing animation guidance with examples
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques in UI animation
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a digital or creative agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI animation skills
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as After Effects, Figma, or Flinto
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience creating animations for web and mobile interfaces
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Initiative and great attention to detail
- Ability to work within PST time zone work hours
