We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Motion Designer to join our team to play an integral part in the Creative Production team. You will work closely with the marketing team, video producers and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects business priorities.
Responsibilities
Motion & Visual Design
Craft visually compelling animations and videos across platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
Develop captivating transitions, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences.
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to style guides in all motion graphics projects.
Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail to ensure top-notch motion design outputs.
Elevate visual storytelling to enhance engagement and memorability.
Uphold high standards of quality throughout the design and production phases.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in motion graphics.
Collaboration
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
Display effective leadership skills by inspiring and collaborating with team members.
Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance the creative production process.
Drive efficiency in work processes and strive for continuous improvement and competitive edge.
Requirements
Experience and Expertise
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in motion design.
Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
Proficiency in AI tools such as Midjourney, D-ID, Kaiber, Stable Diffusion, etc.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with trends in the Health & Fitness industry preferred.
Communication and Collaboration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Self-driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
Proficient in English (minimum B1 level) for effective team collaboration and communication.
