We are looking for a talented Technical Artist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of high-quality visual content.
Responsibilities:
- Be a part of our designers’ and animators’ team.
- Communicating between engineers, designers, and any non-technical artists to package assets in the most efficient manner for quality products for the target platform.
- Assist in developing standards, processes, and proprietary tools along with Production and Development teams.
- Create 2D and 3D Animations and VFX to support the final art assets.
- Develop unity assets to use as part of our in-game live ops.
- Show efficiency in self-managing time with a reasonable degree of accountability and minimal instruction.
- Mentor the art team in the technical aspects of unity asset creation.
- Adhere to file structure in artistic source, directory, and version management.
- Strong desire to continue improving skills through independent learning and other team members. Ability to identify more efficient processes to improve throughout the team.
- Explore new Unity-related shaders, tools, and plugins.
- Knowledge of working with the Unity editor (2D).
- Deep practical knowledge of what Unity can and can’t do especially regarding the UI system, animations and animation controllers, the particle system, shaders and materials, optimizations, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Photoshop, illustrator, Unity.
- General understanding of UI implementation and development in Unity.
- Scripting and/or animation abilities and knowledge.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
