What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Product
Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions, contributing to
CheQ's goal of creating the best repayment experience for users. This position
is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience looking to take the next step
in their design career.

Collaborate
with the product and engineering teams to design intuitive and
user-friendly interfaces.

Create
wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design
ideas.

Work
on user experience (UX) design to ensure that CheQ's platform meets user
needs.

Apply
design thinking principles to solve problems and improve product
usability.

Contribute
to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring
consistency across all product designs.

Participate
in user research and incorporate insights into design decisions.

Ensure
designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
What You'll Need

Bachelor’s
degree in Design or a related field.

2-4
years of experience in product design, user interface (UI), or user
experience (UX) design.

Strong
understanding of visual design, typography, and layout.

Proficiency
with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Ability
to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and work with multidisciplinary
teams.

Familiarity
with prototyping and wireframing tools.

Understanding
of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Excellent
communication and problem-solving skills.
