Audience Republic is an all-in-one CRM & marketing platform for events & venues. Our customers include some of the world's biggest names, featuring artists like Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, Post Malone, Elton John, RUFUS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Flume. We are an early stage b2b SaaS technology startup and have raised $12m in funding.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our early-stage startup team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of features from conceptualisation to market launch, adoption, and post-launch optimisation to drive commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a true generalist and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a scrappy startup environment, and comfortable with doing things that aren’t directly in your job description.
🔥 What will you do?
- Design new features and refine existing features to deliver delightful experiences for our users and create impactful business outcomes.
- Take high-level concepts and collaborate with our team to turn them into features, and other times be provided with more specific requirements.
- Be responsible for the handoff from design to engineering, ensuring designs are fully development-ready, along with documenting product requirements.
- Review and test features before they get deployed to production, ensuring features are shipped as they were intended to be designed.
- Work with our external creative partners to contribute to our design goals.
- While not your main focus, you'll also be willing to pitch in areas and wear many hats, whether it’s supporting us with marketing site design updates, etc.
✅ You are someone who:
- Has 3-5 years of experience in product design for a SaaS/technology company, preferably a startup.
- Has taste & style and a passion for creating beautiful products.
- Is open-minded, enjoys working collaboratively, but equally able to work independently.
- A good communicator, autonomous and proactive.
- Highly organised, with high attention to detail.
- Is willing to get close to our customers to understand their pain points and needs.
- Able to work from our office in Redfern, Sydney.
- Has a strong portfolio that you are able to share with us.
⚡️ Who will you be working with?
- Work directly with engineers, customer success, and our founders to deliver amazing product experiences that delight users.
- You report directly to our CEO & Co-founder, Jared Kristensen.
- We do not have product managers.
