SKILLS AND ABILITIES: ● Adobe XD/ Figma/ Sketch ● Adobe Illustrator ● Adobe Photosho

Conduct user testing and evaluate the effectiveness of the product design ● Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research. ● Conduct competitive research and analysis to ensure the product is competitive in the market ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create delightful consumer experiences and products ● Create and maintain design guidelines and brand standards ● Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements, and Take new ideas from concepts to implementation ● Remain up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer preferences ● Iterate existing designs to meet industry or consumer needs ● Present product design ideas to leadership and teams and take direction whenever necessary ● Make data-driven design decisions based on analytics and user feedback. ● Ready to Iterate, Iterate and Iterate ● Think, argue, analyze, strategize and iterate. ● Be open-minded for suggestions and criticism with an unbreakable spirit. ● Be responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality. ● Apply strategic design thinking to real-world problems. ● Have an eye for usability, minimalism, and simplicity

REQUIREMENT: ● 2-4 years of professional experience on a product design team ● Experience working in a fast-paced environment to iterate and ship work that balances user and business needs ● A strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams ● Ability to conduct, interpret, and present qualitative and quantitative feedback and research ● Exceptional communication skills for conveying design concepts and roadmaps ● Strong problem-solving and delegation skills ● Excellent time and project management skills ● Be able to mentor designers on the latest design trends. ● Ownership for the team and deliverables.
