The Fulfilment team's mission is to make Grab the platform of choice for Driver Partners by supporting them efficiently on and off the road. Our design team is divided into several empowered teams focused on creating an efficient app experience, ensuring fair and transparent earnings, and maintaining a healthy supply pipeline. We focus on creating solutions that are simple and delightful for our Driver Partners.
Get to know the role
As a Senior Design Manager on the Fulfilment team, you will report to the Head of Design and manage designers and UX writers who work collaboratively across multiple problem spaces. Your team will explore user and our needs to create impactful solutions that support our mission.
If you have a user-centric approach, excel in collaborative environments, and act decisively, the Grab Design team is the place for you. We're looking for design managers who can coach a growing team and help them positively impact how millions of people across Southeast Asia interact with Grab. This role is based in Singapore and is a hybrid role.
