Description

Position Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a compelling visual identity that resonates across digital, print, experiential, and social platforms. This individual’s expertise in design will not only elevate our brand to partners and engage our audience, but also ensure consistent storytelling across all channels. Collaborating closely with the Brand and Communications Team Lead, Director of Marketing, and cross-functional teams, the Senior Graphic Designer will deliver innovative design solutions that align with our marketing and business objectives and reinforce our position as leaders in technology, cybersecurity, and IT services.


Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:

  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create beautifully designed, purpose-driven visuals and materials that support HBS sales efforts, improve brand recognition, and elevate our brand story.
  •  Be a champion of brand consistency with the Brand and Communications Team Lead, the marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to brand standards across all marketing design and communication—internal and external.
  •  Craft engaging visual assets for the HBS website, email newsletter, digital campaigns, and social media platforms to boost online engagement.
  •  Be a forward-looking design enthusiast, driving intelligent, and intentional creative evolution that keeps HBS relevant as technologies and preferences change, while maintaining consistency with the core of the HBS brand identity.
  • Elevate the HBS visual identity and brand presence across all marketing channels, driving increased engagement and brand recognition through visually stunning designs.
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual content for a wide range of marketing materials across print, digital, and physical mediums, including digital and print ads, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, presentations, sales collateral, experiential and promotional items.
  • Work with the Brand and Communications Team Lead to develop and maintain HBS brand language and design system.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering work on time and within budget, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.
  • Take ownership of the creative process from ideation to design and execution for both internal and external-facing projects.
  • Update and maintain structured internal databases for design.
  • Proactively set priorities and manage workload effectively, keeping track of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project completion, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design in an agency or corporate setting
  • A portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and branding for print and digital
  • Expertise in current graphic design practices, including fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience creating and maintaining brand language, standards, and design system

Preferred Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand design in an agency or corporate setting
  • Experience working in information technology and/or cybersecurity industries
  • Knowledge of new or innovative design techniques and emerging technologies

Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:

  • Associate degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills, Education and/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Demonstrated ability in motion graphics design
