You will be responsible for leading the creative development of all graphic design within the business. Working very closely with the Head of Creative on the vision and creative direction of the brand. You will create and develop the brand's graphic strategy and manage the tactical execution, ensuring market leading assets are delivered on time and on budget.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY
The WHAT:
Responsible for:
- Planning the graphic design strategy and tactical capacity across all platforms (organic social, paid media, OOH advertising, eCommerce/Shopping, CRM etc.
- Growing and developing our brand identity and guidelines alongside our Head of Creative and wider creative team.
- Creating weekly reports and presentations based on campaigns and KPIs.
- Creating compelling visual narratives that enhance product storytelling and elevate the customer experience.
- Working closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align creative outputs with business objectives and timelines.
- Mentoring and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to foster growth and ensure a high standard of work within the design team.
- Implementing design best practices with a focus on enhancing user engagement and conversion, especially for digital platforms.
- Optimising design assets for mobile and desktop experiences, emphasizing usability and aesthetic appeal.
- Using data-driven insights to inform design decisions and improve the effectiveness of visual content.
Accountable for:
- Designing and producing high-quality assets for digital and print, including website banners, social media content, email marketing templates, advertisements, lookbooks, and in-store graphics.
- Leading brainstorming sessions and conceptualising innovative ideas for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
- Overseeing end-to-end design processes, from concept development through final execution, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Upholding and evolve brand guidelines to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all media.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Highly skilled within Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
- Excellent practical design skills, including layout and typography for web and print.
- Experience with Luxury / Aspirational / Apparel in a DTC / Fast Growth environment
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of digital and social media marketing with an interest in new & emerging trends.
- Collaborative approach and ability to inspire and influence people across the whole business.
- Ability to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated digital, interactive, social and viral brand experiences.
- Proactive in identifying issues, exploring and proposing innovative solutions
- Ability to manage many projects at a time.
- An approach that demonstrates a passion for great design and shows stylistic breath, attention to detail, and usability.
- A pulse on what is relevant in culture, design and technology and can push for and help set trends.
- Experience in managing and empowering a small team.
