Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

1. Conceptualize and create eye-catching original and on-brand graphics for our various social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc.) including static images GIFs and short video content.
2. Collaborate closely with our content creators marketing strategists and other team members to ensure that each visual asset aligns with our brand identity messaging and overall campaign objectives.
3. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends design tools and best practices consistently bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
5. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior designers helping them hone their skills and develop their craft.
6. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of our social media strategy.
7. Continuously assess the performance of our social media creatives using data and insights to optimize and improve our visual content.

1. 2-3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a proven track record in creating exceptional social media content
2. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop along with a strong working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Illustrator and After Effects
3. A stunning portfolio showcasing your best social media graphics highlighting your versatility and creativity
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
5. A keen eye for design trends and a deep understanding of social media platform nuances ensuring that our content is always engaging and relevant
6. Strong time-management and organizational skills allowing you to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a laser focus on quality and deadlines
7. A desire to push the boundaries of what s possible in social media design constantly seeking new ways to captivate and inspire our audience.

2. Should  not be from the Printing / Packaging / Education / Industry / Textile Industries
3. Ideal Candidate is from Marketing Advertising or Digital Marketing background
4. Should not be outstation Candidate
5. Should reside in Thane or Airoli or Nearby within 10-12 KM from Kapurbawdi
6. Should have 2-3+ years of experience in Wordpress and PHP ( This is a must )
7. Should have deep experience using Adobe Photoshop and Image Manipulation.
