Senior Motion Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Dynamic Visual Storytelling: Design and animate motion graphics that bring our digital products and marketing campaigns to life, enhancing user engagement and making complex information accessible and intuitive.
• Collaborative Creation: Work closely with product designers, UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to integrate motion seamlessly into our designs and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and polished user experience across all touchpoints.
• Motion Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our motion design language, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products, platforms, and marketing materials.
• Marketing Motion Production: Create compelling motion content for marketing campaigns, including social media assets, promotional videos, and product launch animations that resonate with our target audience and amplify our brand presence.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques in both product and marketing motion design to keep our products and campaigns at the cutting edge of user experience and brand engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present your motion designs and concepts to stakeholders, clearly communicating the value and impact of your work in both product and marketing contexts.

Who We’re Looking For

• Motion Maestro: A designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in motion design, with a keen eye for timing, pacing, storytelling, and brand communication.
• User-Centric & Brand-Driven: An advocate for the user and the brand, who understands how motion can enhance usability and brand recognition.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in industry-standard motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Spline, Rive) and familiarity with integrating animations into both digital products and marketing campaigns.
• Innovative Problem Solver: Ability to take complex problems and distil them into simple, engaging, and visually compelling solutions across different domains.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator: Experience working closely with product designers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life across various platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Fintech, Crypto, or Web3 startups.
• Knowledge of 3D animation and interactive design.
• Experience in digital marketing and brand strategy.
