We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for storytelling through dynamic visuals. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling motion graphics for various platforms, including digital marketing campaigns, social media, video productions, and more. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life, ensuring our brand's vision is consistently executed.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
-Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual narratives that align with project goals.
-Create storyboards and visual guidelines to communicate ideas effectively.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and animation.
-Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or media environment.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant software.
-Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
