Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced product designer to create exceptional user experiences. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating these insights into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. You will design the overall functionality of the product and iterate on it to ensure an optimal user experience. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for clean and artful design, superior UI skills, and the ability to transform high-level requirements into intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize original ideas that simplify and enhance user experience.
  
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups for digital products.
  
• Design and deliver storyboards, user flows, user stories, user journeys, process flows, and sitemaps optimized for various devices and interfaces.
  
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, clients, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product’s direction, visuals, and experience.
  
• Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate designs, and gather feedback from users and teams.
  
• Present and explain design decisions and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  
• Organize and refine resources, ensuring project improvements.
  
• Oversee all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring consistency in design and communication.
  
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new features.
  
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  

Benefits

Requirements:

• Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio. Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, and UX software like InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  
• Knowledge of UX design best practices, mobile-first and responsive design, testing methodologies, usability, and accessibility concerns.
  
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
  
• Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively to teams and clients, and to present designs persuasively to stakeholders.
  
• Enthusiasm for collaborating closely with teams and other stakeholders.
