Role Overview:

As a Sr Product Designer, you will report to our Design Team Lead and collaborate closely across our product organization. At Nuvei, Product Designers are the guardians of our customer experience for merchants, partners, and end-users. You will play a pivotal role in the product development process, ensuring our clients enjoy outstanding user experiences across all our platforms.

Hybrid working model - Employees are required to work in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week.  

Responsibilities

• Design B2B and B2B2C products, including complex systems, dashboards, web apps, and mobile apps.
• Identify and address gaps in existing customer-facing experiences with actionable improvement plans, including Nuvei’s design system.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively convey design concepts and interactions.
• Communicate UX designs to stakeholders and global team members promptly.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Software Developers, and other UX/UI designers to define, design, and deliver exceptional products.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Optimize processes for seamless collaboration with product and technology teams.
• Advocate for customer/user experience and best UI/UX practices across the organization.
  

• Over 5 years of relevant design experience in a tech, product-driven company.
• Proficiency with design platforms such as Figma, Sketch, and others.
• Knowledge of payment technologies are advantageous.
• Experience designing for complex systems and workflows.
• Experience contributing to a design system or even leading the creation of one.
• Experience in working with and leading changes to an established design system.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams to support UI development.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, co-leading with product management and engineering decision-makers.
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• An incredible portfolio.
• Fluncy in English language.
