  • Leverage customer insights to define and solve problems, employing user-centered design to create end-to-end experiences.
  • Design exceptional experiences for financial products, supporting multiple projects and stakeholders to craft exceptional solutions.
  • Manage multiple work streams, collaborating with a product lead to manage large to extra-large projects, handling varying levels of ambiguity.
  • Lead design sprints, working closely with user research, content strategy, product managers and engineers to establish process that encourages feedback and collaboration.
  • Apply operational rigor by using planning frameworks and design principles to drive alignment and clarity.
  • Inspire stakeholders with design that inspires cross-functional teams and c-suite executives to invest in our products and future payment experiences.
  • Drive cultural change by promoting a design-forward mindset and establishing design-oriented practices across the organization.

What You’ll Need:

  • Expertise in interaction design, user-centered design methodologies, and agile development processes
  • Expertise in Figma, with knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across platforms
  • Strong prototyping and iterative design skills, with the ability to quickly turn ideas into testable concepts
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing both peers and executives in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design with measurable business and user impact

What We Offer:

  • Impactful Work: Shape the future of digital banking experiences.
