As a UI Manager, you will lead our frontend development efforts and drive exceptional user experiences. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team of passionate developers, shape product strategy, and contribute to forward-looking and expanding projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor front-end tech leads and developers, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Drive UI product development aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the UI development team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in UI and software development, with a proven track record of leading high-performing UI development teams with Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of JavaScript and HTML, including frameworks like Angular and React, HTML5, TypeScript, Tailwinds, and CSS3, with proficiency levels clearly defined.
- Familiarity with web3, js visualization tools/services like d3js, ag-grid, etc., and knowledge of automated testing & TDD using Karma/Jasmine/Jest.
- Technical knowledge of server-side web application frameworks.
