Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to gather requirements and deliver designs that meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance the user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and guidelines to developers for seamless implementation.
- Participate in design reviews, critiques, and workshops to share ideas, gain feedback, and improve design processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
