Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Conduct user research to gain insights and validate design decisions
- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and testing results
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI UX design
- Advocate for great user experiences and ensure designs align with user goals and expectations
- Work closely with developers to implement and deliver designs
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UI UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI UX design skills and ability to solve complex design problems
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative design environment
- Good understanding of usability testing and user research methodologies
