KalSoft is seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designerwith a strong foundation in frontend developmentto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web technologies, along with a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This is an onsite role in Oman with an attractive relocation package in OMR.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that are consistent with brand guidelines.
Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into frontend code
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve designs.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Additional Responsibilities:
Design SharePoint branding for internet and intranet platforms.
Create mobile app designs for android and iOS.
Design both Front-end and Back-end websites.
Develop logos, Facebook game Characters, and marketing materials such as flyers, Business cards, Websites banners, social media Packages, brochures and Book covers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in UI/UX Design & Front-end Development.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design and development work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.
Experience with CSS frame works (Bootstrap, Material UI etc) and JavaScript libraries / Frameworks (jQuery, React, Angular. Vue)
Experience of responsive design principle and best practices.
Experience with design system and component libraries.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of team.
