Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to take charge of interface design and user experience optimization for the platform, ensuring consistency and usability for both the web and WeChat Mini Programs.
主要职责：
- 进行用户研究和需求分析，了解用户行为和需求。
- 设计平台的用户界面和交互原型，确保视觉美观和功能实用。
- 协作前端开发工程师，确保设计方案的高效实施。
- 进行可用性测试，收集用户反馈，优化用户体验。
- 制定和维护设计规范和标准，确保设计一致性。
- 跟踪UI/UX设计趋势，不断创新和优化设计方案。
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and requirements analysis to understand user behavior and needs.
- Design user interfaces and interaction prototypes for the platform, ensuring visual appeal and functional practicality.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure efficient implementation of design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing, collect user feedback, and optimize user experience.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure design consistency.
- Stay updated with UI/UX design trends to continuously innovate and optimize design solutions.
Requirements
任职要求：
- 3年以上UI/UX设计经验，熟练使用设计工具（如Sketch、Figma、Adobe XD）。
- 具备从0到1设计Web应用和微信小程序的经验。
- 有优秀的用户体验设计和交互设计能力。
- 熟悉响应式设计和移动优先设计原则。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, proficient in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience in designing web applications and WeChat Mini Programs from scratch.
- Excellent skills in user experience design and interaction design.
- Familiar with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
