Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs for web and mobile applications using Figma, ensuring responsive design and intuitive user experience.
- Develop and maintain a design system that supports a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and communicate design concepts effectively.

Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile interface designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, including building and managing design systems.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout for both web and mobile platforms.
- Experience working with responsive design and creating designs that work across different devices and screen sizes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design user-centered solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with usability testing, user research methods, and tools.
- Experience working with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
