Another marquee product is a registration platform specialising in sporting events. This is a comprehensive solution which handles the setup of the event website, the creation and execution of the marketing plan for the event, the ticketing /registration solution, entry management and post event reporting. This solution was used in the recently held Chennai Open, an international Tennis tournament and the first of its kind in India

Job Responsibillities:
  1. Conducting user research: The UX designer must understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the users. This can be achieved through user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  2. Creating user personas: Based on the user research, the UX designer creates user personas that represent the characteristics, needs, and goals of the different types of users.
  3. Designing user interfaces: The UX designer creates wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of the user interface, using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision. They ensure that the interface is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, and meets the user's needs.
  4. Conducting usability testing: The UX designer tests the user interface with real users to identify usability issues, and iteratively improves the design based on the feedback.
  5. Collaborating with the development team: The UX designer works closely with the development team to ensure that the design is technically feasible, and the implementation is consistent with the design.
  6. Conducting competitive analysis: The UX designer analyzes the competitors' products to identify the best practices and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Creating design guidelines: The UX designer creates design guidelines and standards that ensure consistency and coherence across different products.
  8. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends: The UX designer stays up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporates them into the design process.
  9. Communicating with stakeholders: The UX designer communicates with stakeholders, such as product managers, engineers, and executives, to ensure that the design aligns with the company's vision and goals.
Overall, the UX designer plays a crucial role in creating software products that are user-friendly, efficient, and enjoyable to use.

Qualifications for UX Designer
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
  • Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and others
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients
  • Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
  • Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
  • Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome
  • Experience creating storyboards and website mapping
