Mission
A User Experience (UX) Designer has end-to-end responsibility for UX analysis and UX design for (digital) processes, interfaces, and customer communications from a customer/user perspective, while also helping improve (digital) processes. The purpose of these UX activities is to increase customer satisfaction, user-friendliness and accessibility of ING’s (digital) services in order to create an optimum, authentic and consistent omnichannel user experience. A User Experience (UX) Designer works based on quantitative and qualitative data and draws on validated customer insights.
In this role you will be contributing to multiple products that are grouped into two product areas: One Experience and OneGate. The One Experience products enable our users to create amazing end-customer experiences using the full potential of web and mobile platforms. It consists of four products: the Unified Design System, Web/Mobile SDK, EngagementSuite and Content Management System.
The One Gate products safeguard trust with our customers using out of the box services. The product area consists of four services: Authentication, Generic Means, Identification & Verification and Approval & Consent.
The Team
You will join the Touchpoint Design Center of Expertise which is a dynamic group responsible for creating and enhancing the user experience of ING's global technology platform. The team is dedicated to refining the processes necessary for consuming and producing solutions on a global scale, ensuring streamlined and efficient workflows.
