Role Description
As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our customers. You will be involved in the entire product development process, from user research and design thinking to prototyping and visual design. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure that the user experience is consistent and meets the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off for software development
- Translate system requirements, software requirements and use cases to mockups, wireframes, and visuals leveraging input from Engineering and Marketing.
- Test designs with real users and incorporate feedback to improve the overall user experience
- Generate iterations of the design that are evaluated by cross-functional teams and decisions documented for software implementation into the product
- Design user experiences for software applications through the creation of interaction flows, design patterns and medium to high fidelity prototypes.
- Produce and maintain pixel perfect graphics, graphical components and graphics asset libraries
- Author UI Design Description and/or Graphic Specification documents
- Deep expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and a variety of design tools for designing, prototyping, and wireframing (including Figma/Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Balsamiq, InVision, and others)
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience, contributed to shipped product(s).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
- Rich experience in designing both web & mobile applications, covering the entire process from ideation to production.
- Provide a portfolio of past relevant work.
