About the team

The UX Manager leads a team of talented designers to create delightful and meaningful experiences for our users. Your role is a blend of design leadership and creating designs. You will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of what our enterprise solutions can achieve, ensuring our product is not only functional but also intuitive and transformative for our customers.

 

We are committed to exceptional user experiences, and at the heart of our approach is Design Thinking, a methodology that fuels our creative process and product development.

 

You will inspire a team of skilled UX professionals, guiding them through a human-centric design process that encourages ideation, rapid prototyping, iterative feedback, and empathetic user experiences. You will be instrumental in crafting the ultimate user journey and overseeing projects from conception to delivery.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented UX designers with a mindset rooted in Design Thinking, fostering an environment where ideas flourish and innovative solutions are born.
  • Spearhead a collaborative design process from ideation to execution, incorporating user feedback, and business requirements to create intuitive and transformative user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Design Thinking principles to refine our products and processes.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate user-centered design methodologies across all product stages.
  • Host and facilitate Design Thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to solve user experience challenges.
  • Craft user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to guide design strategies and decisions.
  • Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for comprehensive user testing and iteration.
  • Lead the evolution of our design system.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, HCI, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your leadership in UX projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing or leading a design team.
  • Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Illustrator).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in facilitating workshops.
  • Familiarity with agile UX methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to effectively share the UX vision.
  • A creative and strategic mindset.
  • These will make you stand out
    • A proven track record of leading a team to deliver innovative, user-centered solutions.
    • Experience with AI.
    • Experience conducting user research and usability studies.
    • Experience working with complex enterprise cloud SaaS applications.
    • Hands-on experience with agile UX design practices.
