Role Description:

The Visual Designer is responsible for creating visually striking and trendy designs that align with given themes while maintaining a strong aesthetic appeal. They will work collaboratively with various teams to generate multiple creative ideas and produce high-quality visual content across different mediums.

• Generate multiple creative ideas and design propositions that are both trendy and aligned with given themes.
• Create visually compelling designs for various digital and print media.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual language across different projects and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts meet project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest visual design trends and incorporate them into work when appropriate.
• Contribute to the creation of motion graphics for enhanced visual storytelling.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills across various projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Software for animation such as After Effects, Animate and similar.
• Excellent understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, composition, layout and animation principles.
• Ability to conceptualize and produce multiple design ideas quickly and efficiently.
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to apply them appropriately to projects.
• Experience in creating motion graphics.
• Familiarity with digital design tools like Figma.
• Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
