We are looking for a creative 3D artist who specializes in creating 3d models, textures, shaders, lighting, rendering for advertising, landing pages. Primary role is to use computer software and artistic skills to design, model, texture, and render lifelike or stylized 3D assets.




Responsibilities:





  • 3D Modeling: Create high-quality 3D models of characters, objects, environments, or architectural elements based on design concepts, sketches, or reference images. This involves using specialized software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema4D

  • Texturing and Shading: Apply textures and materials to 3D models to enhance their realism or stylization. This includes creating and editing textures, mapping them onto models, and adjusting shading properties to achieve the desired look and feel

  • Lighting and Rendering: Set up lighting environments and render settings to create visually appealing and realistic or stylized images or animations. This involves adjusting light sources, shadows, reflections, and global illumination to achieve the desired mood or atmosphere

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other members of a production team, including art director, designers, animators, and programmers, to understand project requirements and ensure cohesive visual storytelling

  • Optimization: Optimize 3D assets for real-time rendering or interactive experiences, considering polygon count, texture resolution, and other technical constraints, to achieve optimal performance without sacrificing visual Quality

  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues related to 3D software, rendering, or asset integration, and find creative solutions to overcome challenges

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in 3D modeling, animation, and visual effects to continuously improve skills and deliver high-Quality work.




Requirements:





  • Proficiency in 3D software packages such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max,Cinema4D, Houdini or Blender

  • Strong artistic and design skills, including a good understanding of form,shape, composition, and color theory

  • Knowledge of texturing and shading techniques, including the use ofsoftware like Substance Painter or Photoshop

  • Familiarity with lighting, rendering, and compositing software, such as Redshift, Arnold, V-Ray, or Octane

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from art director or designers

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent attention to details and ability to meet deadlines

  • A portfolio of previous 3D artwork demonstrating a range of skills and styles is highly desirable
