The Responsibilities:
Our client is on the lookout for great full-time talents in Real-Time 3D Asset Art development to join their fast growing development team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with their core team in producing consistently believable, stylistically accurate, platform and engine optimized 3D assets in their many internal and external projects.

Principal Responsibilities
- Work alongside their team and project stakeholders in developing 3D art assets, in-lined with the project’s visual direction, be it soft or hard surface oriented, within technical specifications and calendar milestone demands.
- Develop visually invoking 3D assets, utilizing strong art fundamentals, knowledge across multiple disciplines and software in constructing environments, vehicles, props, etc. accurately, with respect to the project’s concept designs, within technical boundaries.
- Work closely with multiple disciplines, in designing, planning and ascertaining accurate production estimates, to identify any potential pitfalls during development in ensuring a virtually believable universe that their players would fully immerse themselves in.

Team and Personal Responsibilities
- Good interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills, is able to effectively liaise over various disciplines, and stakeholders across different project and approval stages.
- Experienced, or keen to learn and improve new pipeline and production practices through iterative development methodologies, be it traditional or agile workflows.
- Constantly familiarizing and keeping updated with current industry standards, trends, pipelines, and software to effectively and consistently hit higher graphical benchmarks.

Core Requirements
- Experience in 3D Software (Pixologic ZBrush, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.)
- Experience in 2D Software (Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter, Designer etc.)
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4, and or 5 (and above).
- Experience in Version Control Software (SVN, Git, Perforce, etc.).
- Experience in Game Art Asset Pipeline (High-Poly, Low-Poly, Baking, etc.)
- Experience in Traditional and or Agile work environments and methodologies.
- Good observational skills when replicating 2D concepts and designs into 3D assets.
- Ability to understand complex multi-state design(s) for assets needing animation.
- Ability to self assess, profile, improve, and optimize 3D assets in-game.
- Knowledgeable in a typical game development cycle.
- Is Proficient in English, verbal and written.

Junior / Fresh Graduate 3D Artist
- Possesses a good understanding of shapes and forms when creating structure. Alongside a sufficient portfolio showcasing in-game 3D assets using industry standard software(s) and game engine(s). Previous work showcases stylistic consistency, and imaginative use of geometry, texture, shaders and lighting to create visually appealing and game ready 3D assets.

Intermediate 3D Artist
- Solid experience and demonstrated ability in 3D development, consistent delivery of assets that meet project requirements, both technically and stylistically. Decent knowledge in in-game technical practices. Have at least been credited with one title launch, with preferably a minimum of three to four years of industry experience.

Senior 3D Artist
- Excellent knowledge and demonstrated consistency in developing visually stunning 3D assets across multiple project styles, and its technical requirements. Ability to document workflows, improve pipelines, and mentor new staff. Exceptional understanding of form, able to visualize, plan and develop complex characters with minimal concept support. Have at least been credited with two or more game title launches, with preferably a minimum of five to six years of industry experience.

Principal 3D Artist
- Exceptional proficiencies in 3D asset development, consistent demonstration in developing visually immaculate 3D assets throughout various high profile projects. Strong technical and in-engine optimization proficiency, with a sharp eye for artistic fidelity and detail. Able to benchmark, and document processes, while maintaining the standard of delivery. Excellent working knowledge in Unreal Engine, and other supplementary 2D/3D tools. Have at least been credited with three or more game title launches, with preferably a minimum of eight to ten years of industry experience.

Lead 3D Artist
- Excellent background in 3D asset development coupled with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills. Ability to fully understand and breakdown project requirements, work closely with all disciplines in maintaining timely delivery of 3D asset deliverables to their respective stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in delegating and maintaining asset standard benchmarks, while adapting, and iterating across a variety of artistic styles. Wide knowledge of technical constraints, optimization, and implementation to determine the best tools and techniques in hitting project visual targets. Have at least been credited with two or more game title launches, with preferably a minimum of five to six years of industry experience.
