What you’ll do

  • Create eye-catching and user-friendly graphics for our e-commerce website, including product images, banners, and promotional materials.

  • Design engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including video, email, affiliate and social media campaigns. This includes but is not limited to: email layouts and templates; video and affiliate banners and graphics; and social posts, stories, and ads that align with our brand’s voice and aesthetic.

  • Develop print collateral such as brochures, mailers, and other marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.

  • Work closely with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure timely delivery of design assets.

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to designs as needed to meet project goals and standards.

  • Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance your skills and bring fresh ideas to the team



What You will Work On and Who You’ll Work With

In this role, you will be a member of a close knit team helping bring concepts to life through digital design. You will work with marketers, eCommerce producers and developers, merchandisers, fellow designers and leaders throughout the organization. In this role, you will touch on all parts of our digital footprint including our websites, our social accounts and emails through exceptional design. 


What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field

  • Minimum 2 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse web team


Role Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on e-commerce design.

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including e-commerce graphics, social media content, and print materials.

  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

  • Proven track record of successfully collaborating in fast-paced team environments.

  • Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and time management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling design challenges.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.
