Position: Design Manager

Location: Antrim

Our client, a leading Construction Company known for its expertise in creating exceptional interior fit-outs and joinery, is expanding its team and seeking Design Managers with a passion for excellence and innovation. Celebrating 50 years of success across luxury hotels, prime residential, commercial, and marine sectors, they've built a reputation on their international achievements and innovative approach.

As part of their continued growth, they're introducing new roles within their Design Department. These positions are crucial for driving innovation, improving efficiencies, and fostering continuous improvement. Reporting to the Head of Design, the Design Managers will be responsible for leading design teams on various projects, ensuring designs meet or exceed project requirements, client expectations, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• 3rd level qualification in a relevant field


• Extensive experience in construction project management, and a thorough understanding of design processes and best practices.


• Experience with fit-out projects, joinery design, and proficiency in BIM processes and software like AutoCAD, REVIT, or Inventor.

We're looking for leaders who can inspire, communicate effectively, and solve problems with a keen eye for detail. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a proactive approach to challenges are essential.

This role, based in Antrim, will involve travel to meet with clients and oversee sites.
