Christian Art Distributors currently has a vacancy for a Graphic Designer, to be based fulltime at our Head Office in Vereeniging (Vaal Triangle), within the Wholesale and Retail sector.

Are you a creative visionary with an eye for detail and a passion for design? We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with fellow creatives to craft compelling visuals that communicate our company's mission and inspire our audience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create eye-catching designs.

• Work on a wide range of projects including branding, print media, and product packaging.

• Develop innovative designs using various design software, bringing fresh ideas to life.

• Handle photo-editing tasks, ensuring high-quality imagery.

• Lead in current trends of typesetting, typography, and layout design to ensure cohesive and

polished output.

• Supply print-ready files that adhere to all technical specifications

• Maintain a professional approach to time management, costs, and deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience

3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with proven experience in creative layout design.

Key Competencies

A dynamic, well-rounded portfolio showcasing your unique design aesthetic and versatility.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other industry-standard design tools.

Experience in product photography.

Strong knowledge of typography, typesetting, and layout design.

Excellent attention to detail and an ability to thrive under pressure.

A collaborative spirit but also the ability to work independently when needed.

Highly competent in using Mac OS and Windows.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
