Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented creative to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our consumers. We are searching for someone who is passionate about our vision at Conscious Creatives and the community of passionate designers we have created. This role is full time, Monday-Friday 10 am to 6 pm and you can work from home. You will receive guidance from and will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director.

Team working days are the first week of the month and sporadic days for training, admin and team consulting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Idea conceptualization and brainstorming
• Social media content creation
• Graphic design skills across a spectrum of applications
• Highly creative in delivering new ideas in graphic design
• Managing multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
• Planning content that is aligned with clients objectives
• Creation of logos, stationery, merchandise, content, websites etc
• Developing original ideas

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in a similar role
• Proficient in Adobe suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Ideally experience in Canva, Slack & ClickUp
• Experience designing in Squarespace, Wix, Shopify a bonus
• Creative vision for original graphic design
• Highly organised, can multi-task and meet deadlines
• A passion for thinking outside the box to bring fresh creative marketing ideas to the team and our clients
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ideally knowledge of marketing techniques
• Ability to work both independently and within the team
• High attention to detail
• A friendly and professional attitude
• Photography skills a bonus
• Strong marketing knowledge is a bonus!
